How can I request a refund?

Did something go wrong or because of another reason you would like to receive a refund? Please follow the steps below to contact our lovely helpdesk team. If the reason for the refund is within the T&Cs of the event, they will be able to refund your purchase.

How to request a refund for shows bought through Apple, Google or Amazon?

For shows that have been purchased via the apps the refunds will be handled by the Apple App store, the Google Play store or Amazon appstore depending on your OS:

• Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
• Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Google Play - Google Play Help
• Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Amazon appstore 

How to request a refund for shows bought through the On Air website?

1. Please email us.

2. Include the following information in your email:

• Your email (we need it to identify the account)
• The show you would like to receive a refund for.
• The reason you are requesting your refund.
