On Air Mobile Apps

For the best immersive experience on your mobile device, On Air has developed apps for both Apple iOS (iPhone) devices and mobile phone devices running the Google Android operating system.

To watch On Air on your mobile device, you will need to download our app.

How to fix streaming issues?

Step 1. Please check the minimum speeds recommendations for streaming high-quality content here. You could also test your actual internet speed, detailed instructions can be found here.

Step 2. Try streaming from another mobile device.

How to update the On Air app?

Step 1. Open App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2. Tap profile.

Step 3. Locate On Air.

Step 4. Tap update.

How to reset my password?

Step 1. Tap "Forgot Password" on the Login screen.

Step 2. Enter your email address.

Step 3. Follow the email instructions.

How to request a refund?

Shows that have been purchased via the apps will be handled by the Apple App store, Google Play store or the Amazon Appstore depending on your OS.
